Pastoral Home

Mrs Burrows is our Pastoral Mentor in School. She is not class based and this enables her to manage pupils social and emotional needs quickly and appropriately. 

Mrs Crothers is our Year 5 Support Staff. She Supports Mrs Burrows and is currently working with pupils in KS2 to promote self regulation, self-confidence and stamina for successful work in our school. 

We are proud to be making use of training offered to staff, to enable pupils and colleagues to benefit from our social and emotional needs programme.

This colourful website and app helps families to access trustworthy information on child health and services available in Calderdale. It is split into easy to navigate sections, offering advice on the first months, childhood illnesses and well-being and safety, as well as guidance for parents. It also has a list of useful contact details, leaflets and information videos.
