Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong achievement at St. Joseph’s begins from the very start of a child’s school journey. In our Early Years, 78% of pupils achieved the expected standard across all early learning goals, compared with a national average of 67%. This means that the majority of our children enter Key Stage 1 with the skills, confidence and readiness needed to continue thriving academically, socially and emotionally.
While we are proud of these outcomes, we believe success is about more than results alone. Alongside academic achievement, we focus on wellbeing, personal development and helping children grow in confidence, character and resilience, so they leave St. Joseph’s ready for life beyond the classroom.
